These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and IT Adviser regarding your access to and use of our website and services.
IT Adviser provides enterprise IT consulting, software development, cloud infrastructure management, and vCIO services. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or digital service agreement before commencement.
We use PayU as our secure payment gateway for processing online transactions. By making a payment, you agree to PayU's processing terms. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise indicated in a specific service contract, the website, source code, databases, software functionality, and custom architectures developed by IT Adviser are our proprietary property. Upon full payment of custom development projects, exclusive rights may be transferred to the client as per the signed agreement.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; (2) you will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (3) your use of the services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
In no event will IT Adviser, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost revenue, arising from your use of the services or digital infrastructure managed by us.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. IT Adviser and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
