Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your corporate and personal data.

At IT Adviser, we prioritize the privacy and security of your digital footprint. This policy explains our practices in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the website, express an interest in obtaining information about our products and services, or contact us. This includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, and corporate billing details.

2. Payment Data & Security

We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers. All online transactions are processed through our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway, PayU. Your payment details are securely transmitted directly to PayU to authorize and complete transactions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to facilitate account creation, process your service requests, send administrative information (like invoices or infrastructure alerts), and ensure the security of our vCIO platform and client panels.

4. Information Sharing

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services (e.g., sharing billing details with PayU), to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We never sell your corporate or personal data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian laws, you have the right to request access to, correct, or delete your personal data stored in our systems. To exercise these rights, please contact our data protection team via our contact page.
